Directorate

The two framework nations of the CCOE, Germany and The Netherlands, provide the personnel in the command function of the agency. Their posts are not nationally flagged in a fixed way but rotate within the two nations in a three year cycles.

Since 22 June 2022, the post of the Director (DIR) has been manned by the German Colonel (GS) Andreas Eckel.
