The Lessons Learned & Analysis branch at the Civil-Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence (CCOE) plays a crucial role in refining civil-military cooperation input for future courses, exercises, missions and operations.

We are dedicated to systematically capturing, analysing, and disseminating observations and lessons to ensure that knowledge is leveraged to improve decision-making, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster stronger partnerships between military and the civil environment.

Our approach emphasizes the importance of continuous learning, allowing stakeholders to adapt and innovate in the face of evolving challenges.
By integrating feedback from various stakeholders, we focus on identifying key insights, best practices, and areas for improvement, all of which help to refine CIMIC methodologies and processes.

Through comprehensive studies, research, and reports, we provide actionable recommendations that enhance CIMIC contribution within the Lessons Learned community of interest.

We share our contributions via the NATO Lessons Learned Portal, as the  NATO’s centralized hub for all NATO Lessons Learned information.
